how would debugging CSS in an earlier browser be any more fun..? I just don't see it.
a lot of businesses that have IE7 blocked from their update services
she's complaining about the futility of spending days and days debugging IE6 for less than 1% of your viewership

yes, the original win95 came with IE3... since IE4 was what merged windows explorer and IE, introducing active desktop and all that other good stuff. wikipedia confirms
